Michael Kelahan Joins Dubin Residential As Director
Of Sales And Marketing
Michael Kelahan, 47, has joined Dubin Residential as director of sales and marketing for the Chicago-based homebuilder. Kelahan will oversee the development and execution of all sales strategies for Dubin’s six current townhome and condominium communities, and help plan future projects.
Kelahan has more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience in the homebuilding industry. He has worked for such Chicago-area builders as Neumann Homes and Cambridge Homes, and has also been a real estate broker.
“Mike brings to our company a deep knowledge of Chicago’s new-home market and a proven track record as a leader and motivator of sales teams,” said David Dubin, president of Dubin Residential.
