Stuart Kantoff Promoted To Partner at Dubin Residential
Stuart Kantoff, 38, has been promoted to executive vice president, chief operating officer and partner of Dubin Residential, a Chicago-based builder of townhomes and condominiums. Kantoff will oversee all current and future projects, as well as all business operations. David Dubin, president of Dubin Residential, made the announcement.
Since joining Dubin Residential in 1995, Kantoff has been involved with the construction of more than 800 homes in Chicago and Evanston. He has 15 years of experience in the housing industry and previously served as senior project manager at Dubin Residential.
“Stuart treats the company as his own and has been a model of organization, effectiveness and responsibility,” Dubin said. “Since our founding, we have grown from one development a year to four currently. Stuart’s great get-it-done attitude, which he continually displays behind the scenes, has been critical to our success.”
“It’s a privilege to work in the homebuilding industry, creating a product that is central to the lives of our customers and their families,” Kantoff said. “I’m especially proud that our company makes customer service its number one goal. I look forward to continuing and enhancing Dubin’s reputation as one of Chicago’s premier builders of quality and affordably-priced homes.”
Building condominiums, townhomes and lofts in Chicago since the early 1990s, Dubin Residential has earned a reputation for quality and value. The company is currently developing more than 400 homes at communities such as Arcadia Place in the West Loop, Welbourn Row in Lakeview, Kilbourn Court on the Northwest Side and The Courts of Evanston.
